My Approach

Understand first. Find the answer together.

I don’t believe in recommending solutions before understanding the problem.

A new business idea, a sourcing challenge or a technology decision can look very different depending on the people involved, the objectives and the resources available. That’s why I prefer to take a thoughtful, straightforward approach.

01

Start with a conversation

First, I want to understand what you’re trying to achieve. What’s the challenge? What have you already considered? What would a good outcome look like?

02

Research what matters

Then comes the investigation. I look for relevant information, explore alternatives and gather the details needed to understand the situation.

03

Look at the bigger picture

Information on its own isn’t enough. I compare the options, consider the limitations and look at the practical implications of each alternative.

04

Make the findings useful

I’ll bring everything together into clear conclusions and recommendations, explaining what I found and what I believe is worth considering.

05

Decide what comes next

You can use the findings to make your own decisions. If you’d like help moving forward, we can discuss implementation or further support.

A simple principle

I don’t want to sell you something you don’t need.

Sometimes the answer is a new system, a website or an automation. Sometimes it’s a different supplier, a better business model or a decision not to pursue an opportunity.

What matters is finding the approach that makes the most sense for you.

Let’s start with a conversation.

Tell me what you’re working on and we’ll take it from there.
