Hello, I’m Paulo.

I work with entrepreneurs and businesses who have questions to answer, ideas to explore or challenges they’d like to solve.

I’ve always been interested in understanding how things work, finding information, connecting ideas and figuring out practical ways to make things better. That curiosity is at the heart of what I do.

I enjoy exploring a business opportunity, researching a market, finding potential suppliers, comparing different solutions or understanding how technology can help a business operate more effectively. But more than anything, I enjoy turning a complicated question into something clearer and more manageable.

Why I do this

Starting or developing a business involves a lot of decisions.

What should I sell? Where can I find suppliers? Is this opportunity worth exploring? Which tools should I use? How should I approach the market? What should I do first?

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by information, conflicting advice and endless possibilities. I want to help make that process a little easier.

My role is to listen, investigate, organise the information and provide an independent perspective that helps you decide what to do next.

How I work

I work directly with clients, keeping communication straightforward and expectations clear. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be, or recommending solutions simply for the sake of selling something.

Every project is different, and I approach it with the objective of understanding what is actually needed. Depending on the project, my work can involve:

• Business and market research.
• Product and supplier research.
• Digital business development.
• Technology and software evaluation.
• AI and automation recommendations.
• Website and digital systems projects.

Some projects end with a research report and recommendations. Others continue into implementation and ongoing support.

I’m interested in the space where business, technology and practical problem-solving meet. I enjoy learning, investigating new opportunities and exploring how different tools and ideas can be put to useful work.

I believe good consulting should be approachable, honest and grounded in reality. You should be able to ask questions, understand the answers and feel confident about the decisions you’re making.
